Regional Councils
Regional Councils comprising representatives of Centres and Cooperating Members within a geographical region may be established by the General Assembly or the Executive Council, with the aim of promoting regional exchange, joint activities, information-sharing and cooperation. The five main regions are:
Africa, Americas (including North, Central and South America, as well as the Caribbean), Arab Countries, Asia Pacific and Europe.
