The ITI maintains close relations with a number of other international organizations in the field of the performing arts. There is a tradition of cooperating meetings between the different stage organizations that are linked with the International Theatre Institute. The heads of these organizations are always invited to the ITI congresses.

  

UNESCO

ITI is a UNESCO partner NGO and has a renewed Framework Agreement with UNESCO for the period 2009-2013.
Through this agreement, between 2008 and 2011 ITI has completed projects on the grounds in African, Asian and South American countries, with UNESCO’s support.
