Seminar IN SEARCH OF AN AUDIENCE
Tehran, Iran / Fajir Festival, 24 January 2003
Very well attended public lectures by the members of the Comcom about
relations between theatre and audience in their respective countries.
The lectures were about the role of theatre publishers, reviews, tasks
of public relations and reflected generally the place of theatre in communities.

Seminar INTERNATIONAL THEATRE COMMUNICATION
- for whom? about what? in what form? what is possible?
Uppsala/Sweden, 31. Mai 2003 during the Swedish Theatre Biennial
New opportunities to exchange information and to communicate has evolved.
Nowa-days it is easy to send information about theatre, dance, and festivals
around the world. The question is, what are we going to do with it? The
members of International Theatre Institutes Communication Committee invites
theatre communicators and thea-tre workers to a seminar to discuss global
information exchange.
Public discussion with Swedish and international theatre artists and
networkers.

Seminars in the framework of th Bangladesh Theatre Festival with theatre
artists from Bangladesh, India and Nepal and members of the Communication
Committe Themes: Global Mainstreaming and Diversity, Promoting Diversity
in National Culture, Conflict, Marginalisation and Diversity.

Exhibition HOW THEATRE PRESENTS ITSELF
Exhibition during the XXX ITI World Congress in Tampico/Mexico (29 May-4
June 2004). Organized by Com Com and Ms. Elin Lopez from Mexico ITI Centre
with selected materials on printed presentation and information of theatres
and about theatre culture: theatre journals and theatre programmes from
the seasons 2002-2003 and 2003-2004.
