ITI World Performing Arts Academy

The goal of the ITI World Performing Arts Academy is to establish a platform for the exchange of knowledge and training in the performing arts in all corners of the worlds, in order to enhance performance quality and artist status.
Some of the wealth of the International Theatre Institute network lies in renowned trainers working in all parts of the globe. There is practically no specific technique and theme that the rich database of professionals in the network does not cover. The financial constraints for trainers from one part of the world to travel and share their knowledge and experience with practitioners from

other parts of the world have been the main challenges for such an exchange. That is why ITI has created the Academy, to attract funds which will cover travel costs and trainers’ fees, thus enabling an effective transfer of knowledge and skills. The workshops can be on any topic in the performing arts: voice, singing, playwriting, stage movement, direction, lighting, scenography, etc.
The ITI World Performing Arts Academy was inaugurated in Torino, Italy in December 2010.
